Service description
IntouchPay provides a developer-centric payment ecosystem allowing businesses to integrate mobile money payments (MTN, Airtel) into their own applications. We provide APIs, SDKs, and a management dashboard for transaction monitoring and KYC verification.
Account responsibilities
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate information, including KYC documentation.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Payment & Fees
Our fee structure is transparent and based on transaction volume. Detailed pricing can be found in our Pricing section. We reserve the right to change our fees upon notice to you. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
